TURTLE POWER!!!!!!
Talk about your past creeping up on you, lol. I completely forgot that UK publisher TITAN BOOKS reprinted all 7 issues of the late Dreamwave Productions ” TMNT: Animated” comic series penciled by me (i also forgot that they contacted me asking permission to put some of my thumbnails and sketches–provided i sent them to them–from the series in these collected volumes as well over a year ago.) it hurts to look at this stuff now, lol, but believe it or not, people actually loved this stuff, lol. in anycase, if you’ve been a follower of this series and always wanted to have all the issues collected in one volume, now’s your chance. It just hit books stores all over (including comic shops) this week, and, surprisingly enough, they are flying off the shelves (i think the new movie has something to do with it)! now, if they could only collect arkanium, then i’ll be a happy camper.

Nice Collection LeSean… I’ve got the regular issues, but the extra Sketches and Stuff would be Pretty Sweet… I might have to give those to a Friend whilst I get ahold of this Bad Boy…

I remember these, only bought 1 issue, so this will be a good back date for me. Need Cannon busters, been looking but can’t find it here. Will have to amazon it. Its funny, it did seem a bit like you didnt let loose on this like you did with Arkanium. Also the Inker you had for this wasn’t as good as the Main Arkanium Inker. By the way, you seen turtles, what did you think? Hit or miss? Keep Inspiring Bro

well, Arkanium was something i alone had full creative control on.
TMNT is a well-established franchise that, in often cases, include big licensors who employ too many chefs and no cooks. this affects things creatively of course since everyone has inversted interest in how the product should be represented and gets to little guys like me, who are forced to conform to requested guidelines.
also Dreamwave Productions was in charge of who colors and inks what and they only wanted to work with their team of artists and not the people i thought represnted my work best. but iuts water under the bridge. i wasnt too particular about my work on TMNT, but i learn valuable lessons nonetheless.
Cannonbusters is where you’ll see me bust loose again…. it is MINE after all. 🙂
oh i was just talking to my friend that ninja turtles would probably be forgotten by younger generations..
i haven\t read those ..but the art is wicked ! 🙂
